RGDATA has written to Minister for Enterprise Peter Burke, who was reappointed to the senior role by Taoiseach Michael Martin, seeking immediate implementation of the Small Business Costs Forum promised in the new Programme for Government. RGDATA asked the Minister to address the huge increase in the tobacco and vape retailer licence fees, a significant cost being imposed on small businesses without any SME test or justification, as a matter of urgency.
