Irish businesses that export agri-food products to the UK via Northern Ireland are advised to be aware of the UK Governments intention to introduce a new Border Target Operating Model (TOM) which will impose a series of customs controls on exports to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) on an iterative basis beginning on 31 October 2023.
