The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Alliance for Insurance Fraud, the Gardai and Insurance Ireland sets out a new protocol for reporting suspected fraudulent claims that will provide for a more streamlined and consistent approach in tackling this issue and further cost savings that should be reflected in premium reductions for shopkeepers.
