Further to Re-turns barcoding workshops and webinar, amendments have been made to their Technical and Labelling specification manual based on queries and feedback. 

To ensure standardisation and prevent any potential duplication of barcode numbering, all barcodes used for 'in scope' products in the Deposit Return Scheme must be GS1 complaint.
