The official media launch for National Community Engagement Week took place yesterday, May 15th. The National Community Engagement Week is Monday 22nd – Friday 26th May 2023. RGDATA members who have volunteered, will host a coffee/tea hour in their store where the local Community Garda will attend to meet and greet local people and discuss rural safety and anti-crime measures. The list of events for the week will be posted to the news section www.garda.ie and updated accordingly as new events and locations are confirmed.
