RGDATA Director General Tara Buckley was an active participant in the roundtable discussion organised by the Central Bank to inform them on how new access to cash legislation should be implemented. Buckley highlighted the importance of ensuring that financial institutions be held wholly responsible for providing their customers with access to cash and for funding ATM services.
